Pregnancy Mein Khajoor Ke Fayde

Hamal ke dinon mein khawateen ko apni khorak ka khaas khayal rakhna chahiye, kyun keh yehi khorak maa aur bache dono ki sehat par asar daalti hai.

Yeh khawateen delivery ke liye behtar tayyar hoti hain. In khawateen ko C-section ki zaroorat bhi kam parti hai. Khajoor khane se delivery ka amal aasan aur kam takleef deh ho jata hai.

Pregnancy ke doran aksar khawateen kamzori aur thakan mehsoos karti hain. Khajoor mein natural sugar (glucose, fructose) mojood hoti hai jo in haamla khawateen ko foran energy faraham karti hai.

Rozana 3 se 6 khajooren khanay se maa ke jism ko taqat milti hai aur woh zyada active mehsoos karti hai.

Bachay Ki Growth Mein Madad

Khajoor mein Calcium, Potassium, Magnesium aur Folate jaise zaroori Minerals hote hain jo bachay ki haddi, dimagh aur nervous system ki sehat ke liye zaroori hain. Is liye khajoor khana bachay ki achi growth ke liye bhi zaroori hai.

Khoon Ki Kami Aur Hazme Ke Masail

Khajoor mein fiber hota hai jo qabz aur hazme ke masail ko kam karta hai. Sath hi, is mein iron bhi hota hai jo Anemia (khoon ki kami) se bachata hai. Wo khawateen jin ko khoon ki kami ka saamna ho wo khajoor ko zaroor istemal karein.

  • Aap khajooron ko raat ko pani mein bhigo kar subha khali pait bhi kha sakti hain.
  • Khajoor ko pani ya doodh ke sath khana zyada faide-mand hota hai.

Khajoor Khane Ka Behtareen Waqt Konsa Hai?

Khajoor ko subha nashte ke baad ya shaam ke waqt khana zyada behtar hota hai. Lekin aap is ko din ke kisi hisse mein bhi kha sakti hain.

Kin Haamla Khawateen Ko Khajoor Nahin Khani Chahiye?

Agar kisi khatoon ko Diabetes, Blood Pressure (BP) ya koi aur is tarah ka masla ho to khajooren khane se pehle apne doctor se mashwara zaroor karein.
