Qabz Ka Ilaj in Urdu

Qabz ko English mein “Constipation” kaha jata hai. Yeh ek aam digestive problem hoti hai jo aksar khawateen ko zyada pareshan karti hai. Qabz mein pakhana sakht ho jata hai aur bar-bar toilet jane ke bawajood bhi pet theek tarah se khali nahin ho pata.

Qabz Kya Hoti Hai?

Lactulose syrup ek mashhoor sharbat hai jo qabz ke ilaj ke liye istemal hota hai. Yeh pakhana naram karta hai aur qabz ka masla kam karta hai.

  • Qabz door karta hai.
