Jigar Ko Sehatmand Rakhne Wali 6 Behtareen Ghizayein

Jigar (liver) hamare jism mein ek bohat hi ahm aur bunyadi cheez hai. Yeh humein sehatmand rakhne ke liye be-shumar zimmedariyan ada karta hai.

Jigar sirf ghiza ko hazam karne mein hi madad nahin karta balkay khoon ko saaf karna, zehreelay maddon ko jism se kharij karna aur zaroori protein banana bhi isi ke kaam hain.

Jigar Ko Sehatmand Rakhna Kyun Zaroori Hota Hai?

Jigar ka sehatmand hona sehat ke liye bohat zaroori hota hai. Agar jigar sehatmand na ho to mukhtalif iqsam ke masail paida ho sakte hain. In mein se kuch ahm yeh hain:

1. Ammonia Ki Satah Barh Jati Hai

Agar kisi shakhs ka jigar bohat zyada kharab ho jaye jis ko “Cirrhosis Liver” kaha jata hai to bohat se sangeen masail paida ho sakte hain.

Lemon aur doosre citrus phal jaise keh mosami, kino aur santaray jigar ko sehatmand rakhne mein madad karte hain. In phalon mein Vitamin C hota hai jo jigar ko ganday madday (toxins) jism se kharij karne mein madad karta hai.

6. Machhli Aur Zaitoon Ka Tail

Jigar Ka Test Karwana Kab Zaroori Hota Hai?
