Double Chin Kya Hoti Hai?

Double chin ko Urdu mein “Dohri Thori” kaha jata hai. Yeh asal mein thori (chin) ke neeche charbi jama hone ki wajah se banti hai.

1. Cocoa Butter Se Massage

  • 1 se 2 chamach cocoa butter ko halka garam kar lein.
  • Isay chehre, thori aur gardan par lagayen.

  • 15 minutes ke baad cocoa butter ko dhona nahin hai. Raat bhar laga rehne se behtar result milte hain.

2. Green Tea Ka Istemal

Cocoa Butter ke baad double chin ko khatam karne ke liye doosri ahm cheez hai green tea. Green tea antioxidants se bharpoor hoti hai. Yeh calories ko jalati hai, skin ko taro-taza (fresh) banati hai aur barhti hui umer ke asraat ko kam karti hai.

  • Rozana 3 cup green tea piyen.
  • Istemal shuda tea bags se gardan aur thori par halki halki malish karein.

3. Doodh Ki Malai Aur Shahad

Doodh ki balai (malai) skin ko foran tight karti hai. Doodh ki malai mein shahad mila kar lagane se thori aur gardan ki skin zyada firm lagti hai.

Malai se gardan aur thori par kuch minutes ke liye malish (massage) karein.

Ya phir:

  • Doodh ki malai aur shahad ka mask bana kar gardan aur thori par lagayen.
  • 10 minutes ke liye laga rehne dein.
  • Phir halkay garam pani se wash kar lein.

4. Zaitoon Ka Tail

Zaitoon ka tail bhi skin ke masail ko khatam karne mein ahm kirdar ada karta hai. Aap double chin ko khatam karne ke liye zaitoon ka tail bhi istemal kar sakti hain.

Istemal Ka Tarika:

  • Thori par cotton ki madad se zaitoon ka tail lagayen.
  • Phir plastic ki sheet se thori (chin) ko band kar lein.
  • Oper se garam towel 45 minutes ke liye lapet lein.

1. Gardan Ko Ghumana
